CPG HQ

Privacy policy

Last updated September 10, 2026

CPG HQ ("we") is operations and marketing software for consumer packaged goods brands. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who uses CPG HQ

CPG HQ is a business tool. Accounts are created for people who work at a brand using the platform. There is no public sign-up, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

What we collect

How we use social account data

We use connected-account data only to provide the publishing features you asked for: to show you which account you are posting as, to read the posting options that account allows, to upload and publish the content your team approved, and to report back how a published post performed.

We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers described below, and we do not access any social account data beyond what the permissions you granted allow.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in a database and object storage operated on our behalf by our hosting providers in the United States. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your business data for as long as your brand has an account with us. You can disconnect a social account at any time from Marketing › Accounts, which deletes the stored tokens for that account. You can also revoke our access from within TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn directly. To delete your account or your brand's data entirely, email privacy@cpg-hq.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@cpg-hq.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
